Thank you for shopping with EndZoneFlex™. Please read this policy before placing your order. It applies to all EndZoneFlex™ products.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 12 business days. After shipping, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
All Sales Are Final
Because every Reactive Hoodie is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Please check your team and size with our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item at no extra cost to you.
