Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 12 business days. Since every hoodie is made to order, this time lets us make sure your piece meets our quality standards before it ships.

Delivery Time
After your order ships, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and any carrier or customs delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after you receive it.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hamzand1@outlook.com and we’ll try to fix it before your order ships.
